Acceptable but Flawed Stay
unhelpful staff ant problem
The location was convenient for accessing different types of food.
The reception staff seemed rather unhelpful. It was like pulling teeth to get basic questions answered. There were also ants in the room. One actually bit me. I intended to complain at checkout, but no one was at the reception desk.

lukewarm food sleeping difficulties
The rooftop pool was a positive.
The breakfast was not up to par. The food was often lukewarm. The air conditioning had to stay on for the room to be at a good temperature. I could not sleep well.
