“In my opinion, this boutique hotel distinguishes itself through a colonial aesthetic married with modern luxuries, placing guests near Bangkok's cultural heart. The rooftop infinity pool, as I envision it, offers a striking vantage point over the Old Town. I think that the emphasis on personalized massage services and dining further positions it as a restorative urban escape.”

A Decent Stay Overall
working air conditioning central location laundry service bathroom privacy
I found the staff helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked very well in my room. The location was central with shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel didn't offer a laundry service. The bathroom lacked full walls with only a curtain for privacy.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
unhelpful staff ant problem
The location was convenient for accessing different types of food.
The reception staff seemed rather unhelpful. It was like pulling teeth to get basic questions answered. There were also ants in the room. One actually bit me. I intended to complain at checkout, but no one was at the reception desk.

Underwhelming Stay
lukewarm food sleeping difficulties
The rooftop pool was a positive.
The breakfast was not up to par. The food was often lukewarm. The air conditioning had to stay on for the room to be at a good temperature. I could not sleep well.
